1. Use the Hookshot across the broken bridge. Finish Sheik’s conversation to learn the Bolero of Fire, then continue north into the Fire Temple. The song provides a direct return route later.

Where does the Bolero of Fire take you?

The song warps you to a stone pad inside Death Mountain Crater, close to the bridge that leads down to the Fire Temple.

• Get back to the Fire Temple fast if you leave to refill hearts or Magic.
• Skip Death Mountain Trail and its falling rocks.
• Works for child Link too. As a child there is no Goron Tunic, so the heat timer starts as soon as you land.
